Parameters:

permittivity (PhysicalQuantity of energy * length / charge**2) – The Coulomb constant 1 / (4 * pi * epsilon0).

getAllParameters()

Return all parameters of this potential and their current values as a <parameterName / parameterValue> dictionary.
